Just discovered her a few weeks ago. Just in time for a new album. I love her voice.

After hearing more about the XBox One I won't be getting it. Privacy issues galore with the Kinect camera. #creepy

I've been on T-Mobile for a week and I'm loving it. Really happy to be rid of Verizon and their lock down ways and slow updates.

This makes my brain hurt.

Are we in living in a computer simulation? Physicists have started to take the idea more seriously, and they might know how to find out the truth.
Some say the odds are good that we're living in a computer simulation, and a few researchers think they might know how to find out the truth. Read this article by Eric Mack on CNET.

Rooted HTC One VZW running CM 10.2 and notification bar transparency apparently isn't supported.

So I decided to go with the HTC One. It was hard giving up my unlimited data but it is what it is I guess. I just got to the point that I can justify paying the higher prices of Verizon and not getting the phone for the cheaper price. I would have loved to leave Verizon and go to T-Mobile or AT&T so I can get an unlocked Google Play edition or the next Nexus but that isn't happening. Leaving Verizon was not an option and it was pretty much out of my control.

The other great news is that I got in on unlocking my phone the first day before Verizon and HTC shut down the HTCDev site that unlocked your phone. So I've got an unlocked HTC One phone that works on Verizon.

First impressions. HTC Sense 5 isn't terrible but it isn't as good as stock android. I've already thrown on Nova Launcher to get closer to stock android. The camera is great, and the battery is great. The battery on my Galaxy Nexus was absolutely terrible so it may just be average but I think it is great because it is so much better than what I had before. Someone will have a Google Play Edition ROM for the Verizon version soon and I will definitely be trying that out.

The negatives... I've noticed some weird things like the fact that I'm not getting alerts on my ESPN ScoreCenter like I did before. I don't like that the LED light cannot be customized. Nothing major though.

Any chance of me getting a Moto X died the second that Motorola announced that the Moto Maker is an AT&T exclusive.  Sorry, but I'm not waiting for an "unspecified time" for the chance to use the Moto Maker. And for me it doesn't necessarily have anything to do with choosing colors for the phone, which is nice, but the fact that I don't even have an option to get a 32GB version of the phone. There is no way I'm going to be sold on the idea that a 16GB phone is enough space. On my current phone, the Galaxy Nexus, I'm near the 32GB I have available. For me, that is just the minimum that I'm willing to go.

I still don't understand why Motorola would take so much of what makes this a good option for a phone, and sell it off as an exclusive to AT&T. Congrats Motorola, you lost a potential customer due to your exclusive deal.

I have a question on transferring to a new phone. If you restore the app from a backup (i.e., from Titanium Backup) to the new phone will that also restore your token?

Unless you revoke it from the twitter page, it should be fine.
