We are building the new Spider V3 next to the Spider v2 - This showcases the process as well as the major differences between the two versions. Both can drill upto 200 meters deep with a standard pullback of 8000 Kg

I am now from 3 am busy designing a drilling rig for one of my Spider V2 customers - I am using the following as my design guide -

1: No wider than 770mm - to fit through a standard door.
2: max drill depth 150 meter
3: DTH and mud rotary.
4: 2 meter drill rods
5: must be towed.

Any suggestions - especially on diesel engines will be welcomed - i would have preferred Hatz but their price is a huge factor.

The drill rig has a few unique qualities
1: on board IR 21 215 compressor
2: can carry 200 meter drill rods on board on both sides of the tower. All centralized for a low center of gravity.
3:10 x 5 meter automatic carousel.
Max capacity 300 meters deep
4:It also has a dump mast for drill and drive capabilities
