California will have epis in school now!

“I’m really relieved I had them,” she said. “I think they kept her breathing.”
When the student arrived in the wellness center at San Francisco’s Mission High School, she said her eyes felt funny, then almost immediately told school nurse Mary-Michael Watts she couldn’t see. Schools with EpiPens save lives, study says

"We were surprised to see that of those who received the epinephrine, more than half of the reactions were first-time incidents," study author Dr. Ruchi Gupta said in a college news release. "Many children are trying foods for the first time at school, and therefore it is critical that schools are prepared for a possible anaphylactic reaction."
