To start off with, I have a lot to learn. All this started with a couple of friends which one of we claim as one of our artist. Terry (the photographer) talked to us about doing a podcast interviewing our artists about a year ago and this idea has been floating in our heads coming in and out of focus ever since. Myron (the artist that plays the flute as well as being a painter and sculptor) has applied for a Grammy nomination for his native flute playing. Were we excited and wanting to help? Of course, but how? This is when the idea comes floating back into our heads. So we buy 3 video camera's before a trip we take with Myron (the artist) to the Hopi reservation where he's from and record a good hour of video of flute playing from 3 angles.
After we get back comes the time where I get to learn how to do video editing. Did I say I have a lot to learn? Myron has since played at the Medicine Park Flute Festival "2014" so I scrambled to get a few recordings with my photo camera. Then comes setting up a YouTube and Google+ page. Oh yeah, something about having a lot to learn. There are a couple of videos up, not perfect by a long shot but at least they are up. I guess I can say the same about the YouTube and Google+ pages but at least they're up. Now comes setting up a Facebook, Twitter, and I don't know how many more pages, Oh so much to learn.
