Does Sport Stop a Nation? Or School Holidays? They both certainly effect property sales.

We did this last year and thought we would do it again this year. Two Grand Finals combined with school holidays this weekend has had a huge impact on the number of scheduled Auctions. Melbourne experienced a 96% reduction in scheduled Auctions and of the 23 reported auctions achieved a 41% clearance rate.
