Mr. Wooten, It is our understanding here at National Van Lines that you did, in fact, speak with Lori, in Customer Service on yesterday, Feb. 22. You did have a large shipment, most of which we did deliver on Feb. 9. As Lori explained, the second, smaller portion of your shipment would be delivered between March 1-5. We're sorry for your frustrations, however, we have been in communication with you and will continue to keep you updated.
