Free! Everyone liked the bog men, the guys liked the Viking weaponry, the girls liked the gold jewelry exhibit. Something for everyone, and even the exhibits not quite in your interest group are well done enough to keep attention while the others in your group enjoy. Cafe is quite good, good quality for about what you'd pay in the neighborhood and so easy to just stop in on your visit rather than searching around.

Lovely museum, great for the kids and even better is free. If you're stuck for something to do while it rains, look no further.

Very interesting museum. There's no clear path through the exhibit though. It may be better to research their website before going to find out the best way to enjoy it And pay attention to the opening hours! Sunday is a tricky day, it only opens at 2 pm

Really nice museum that has it all; it's grandiose, it's solemn, it's fun, it's fascinating! I could wander in here every other day and still be intrigued by all the different sections. I nearly always discover some new awesome artifact.

Great exhibits and well curated pieces. A free (donations suggested/ needed). Bog people a must see and all sorts of artifacts on display. Nice gift area, too. Cons: some of the technological interactive things were in disrepair. Considering the museum is free, I feel a high star rating is fair.

Very nice and small museum with great exhibits. No fees, but donations are accepted.

Do not miss this if this is the first time in Dublin! It is free, and I find especially the bog bodies exhibition intriguing. It's something I had never seen before, and a must see I believe.
