I'm trying to plan a road trip from Texas to Pennsylvania - are there any "must see" breweries around that area that you guys could recommend? I realize it's a pretty wide area, but it's not a big deal to go a bit out of the way. The map wants to take me through AK, TN, KY, and OH, but LA, MS, WV, and AL are possible. I basically have no plan so far and am just making stop points based on breweries.

How do you improve your love of craft beer and beer in general without going overboard? I have about 1 or 2 beers, then am drunk, and basically watch TV. Day after day...it becomes routine, fattening, and a step closer towards alcohol dependency.

General appreciate of beer culture is nice, but true understanding of the science, flavor, and creation is fun and interesting. It takes work to truly taste and appreciate what brewers do. It takes lots of brewing and tasting to improve your own homebrew.

Just wondering how you guys balance everything.

Haha. People on the internet are so good at finding references like this. I've seen both, but never though to put them together.

Recording from last Saturday...I got a little off track and turned more into niche research and planning a niche site rather than exact KW numbers, but I think I'll turn it into another two-parter and do some more research next weekend. If you like ice fishing, you'll love this!

Just doing some research into prepping websites, and the top sites have HUGE traffic. Lots of sub niches, and plenty of content ideas. Great for a new niche site, or you can get good ideas from these guys if you're in the camping, hunting, fishing, outdoors, and gardening niches.

For example, a gardening website could do "3 Vegetables to have in your garden in case of emergency" or "What are heirloom vegetables and how can you grow them" or "How to store seeds for disaster preparedness".

Come check out the best prepper gear, books, blogs (with the most recent posts from each), forums, and facebook pages - all handpicked by me.

Funny you say that Steve, that's kind of my same hesitance for getting into the prepper niche.

I'm working on a new website specifically for a theme I've been trying out. It was just kind of fate that I bought the sprinkler domain and ended up reviewing this theme for a small niche site focused on Amazon products. Turning out pretty good so far!

This post has been a long time in the making! After about 6 months of collecting gear, making beer, and adding taps to my keezer, I've maxed out the space allowed and now have a pretty sweet system. I'm not very DIY, so you'll notice I bought a lot of "pre-made" things but I did have to pull out a wrench and a drill to get it done lol.

I know a lot of the DIY posts of how to build your own keezer involve things like welding, sawing, and general planning. However, I'm not really a DIY guy, so I

Ever thought about starting your own Google+ community? Just a few minutes ago we finished a live HOA with +Lowell Ann Fuglsang  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fb6DEg99LJ8 about communities, how to use them, and the advantages/disadvantages of using them. If you have a niche website, it could be beneficial for you to start one or participate in one to get more engagement from your audience!

Personally, I think it's kind of like email marketing without being as annoying :) It's great to be able to post info to a group of people interested in a specific topic without invading their inbox. Plus, it's a completely different dynamic. I often check mail on my phone and don't have time for reading stuff on the go. When I'm on G+, I'm usually bored, and more interested in casual reading/learning.

What do you think about G+ communities?

thought about starting your own Google+ community, well yes I have but it would be very lonely  I could see just me and no followers, talking to my self. ( too close to real life for me) . LOL

Just started a flickr account with free images https://www.flickr.com/photos/nathaniellb/

I'll be adding them as I take them. You can use them on your websites or whatever. Chop 'em up, remix them, or use them as-is. All you have to do is link back to my flickr page wherever you use them for attribution. Just a few up today, but will add more later.

Is this really how hotels run? $149/night. + 10% occupancy tax + 2% tourism tax + $5/night service fee + $6/day parking fee. Geez.

Apparently in California you have to pay a tax to stay in a hotel, and in San Diego you have to pay a tax to be a tourist. 8\

Helping You Start an Online Business
Introduction
I've spend the past 10 years traveling, and recently returned to the US to focus on my online business. I have a few different websites, but now I have turned most of my attention to One More Cup of Coffee, where I teach beginners and jaded intermediate-level internet marketers how to build sustainable, legitimate businesses on the internet.

I hope to expand to other topics like stock investing, real estate investing, and other finance related subjects. "Financial Freedom" is usually associated with retirement, but it's my personal goal to build enough passive income streams to never have to return to a 'normal' job.

This will allow me to pursue other interests like sailing, motorcycles, traveling, and craft brewing.

Leave me a message or send me an email!
