It'll be a while before I start looking more like my father as he's kinda busy right now fertilizing the garden, permanently. May you have more chances to get his stories out of him before he receives his Tourist Visa to the Undiscovered Country.
One of the things to see looking out the office window. I kept looking at this pattern the other day at twilight. Reminded me of birds on telephone lines kind of thing. There is no app that can replace a nice lens-
Have a wicked good one.
There's something about the spring fog here that's nice. The fog kind of provides an introspective feeling for me that gives me the opportunity to get into my head. The fog is the last of the quiet of the spring before the summer crazy and hot sets in. Or something like that. -One of our dogs died last week after being sick for a long while now. It was incredibly sad and we are getting over it slowly. It was a relief in one way but really a wicked bummer, our pets are such an important part of our lives. So, here's to Andre.

I'll be doing a jibba-jabba tomorrow night @6:30(4/21/15) at the Northeast Harbor Library for the MDI Photo Club regarding all things photography as I see them. Please bring plenty of snick snacks, or just yourselves, unless you could care less about what I have to think about photography. Should be fun though- whenever I can't remember a word I turn and twerk. So there's that. Have a good one!

Cape Cod near Provincetown at Herring Cove. The Cape is in a constant state of change where winter storms sweep entire sections of beach and dunes away, not necessarily permanently away maybe just down the coast a bit. A crazy example of this change is that they've had to move a lighthouse back from the crumbling edge of the dunes, not far from here, a couple different times to keep it from falling into the sea. When I made this picture it felt like my favorite from the trip, after the fact in hindsight the subject of erosion would have been a perfect theme to search out. Next time. And it was fantastic to see my folks. Have a good one!
