Exploring food, cooking and culture...
Introduction
I'm interested in just about all aspects of food-culture, down to the tiny details. For over a decade I've studied world cuisines, traveling to a new place each year to learn more.

The more I learn, the less I know... is absolutely true.

Language is an interest as well.

My blog contains a curated selection of photographs and their stories. On Tumblr there are phone shots and archive photos I've never posted before. I also have some iBooks out there and a Flipboard mag. The bulk of my photo work resides on Flickr with sets of photos from my travels and detailed descriptions of the food, cooking and culture.

There you can view photos from France, Japan, India, Italy, Sicily, England, BelgiumGreece, Turkey and China as well as Kentucky, California, Hawaii and elsewhere in the United States.
