The marketing automation crack team at +Marketo put their heads together with SEOperks to create this SEO guide. It's pretty amazing, IMHO. Take a look!

Hello Church Tech community! I'd love to share how we are using Google+ to minister to youth pastors - and invite you to join us if you are in youth ministry yourself!

On February 19 we are hosting the very first Youth Pastor Church, a live training event right here on Google+. Jimn Kyles will be sharing leadership insights and there will be a live panel of youth pastors joining him in the discussion.

As this is our first we are gathering all the feedback we can. I'd love to hear what you think!

Thanks much and God bless.
Nate Dame originally shared:

RSVP now for our first Youth Pastor Church!

The first 7 people can join the hangout with our special guest speaker Jimn Kyles from YouthCanLead.com and pastor at The Church. Everyone else can WATCH YPC LIVE! RSVP As soon as possible, and plan to watch the event LIVE from your office, home, or home office!

When: February 19th at 7pm Central Standard Time
Where: Google+ Hangout
Who: Youth Pastors, youth leaders, volunteer youth workers, senior pastors...
TOPIC: Building a High Performance Team
Guest: Jimn Kyles

In keeping with Called to Youth Ministry's first quarter focus of RELATIONSHIPS, Jimn Kyles will be leading us through how to build a high performance team and the importance of relationships in leadership. I for one and VERY excited about this topic!

Jimn Kyles is passionate about building the local church and inspiring the next generation of church leaders. He possesses a rare combination of visionary leadership and pragmatic administrative skills. Jimn and his wife Phyllis have a tremendous passion to see lives touched and changed for the glory of God. They recently felt called by God to plant a new church in the southwest suburbs of Houston, so they taken a step of faith to launch The Church in Rosenberg, Texas. Jimn is also the President and Founder of YouthCanLead, a non-profit organization founded with the vision to inspire, equip, and empower young leaders who want to make a positive impact on their world. Jimn has an incredibly innovative mind, extensive leadership expertise, and a deep passion to see God touch people's lives. He especially has developed a successful track-record of seeing greatness and potential in individuals that other leaders might not see.

Can't wait to talk the death(?) of link building!

Link Building is Dead - Long Live Link Building

Link Building is Dead - Long Live Link Building

One of the heated debates in SEO these days is around links: do they matter? Is it risky to "build links" or even ask for them from partners? What about social links/likes? Many experts believe that links are still important, but that the old ways of attaining them are flawed and ineffective, and potentially even risky. Join the SEMPO Education Committee in their monthly Hangout as we talk with Nate Dame about link building. We'll cover these topics in an open question-and-answer format:
Campaign Design
Why Most Link Building Campaigns are a Waste of Time
Identifying Potential Link Partners that Matter
Outreach that Generates Demand / Brings Link Partners to You

About our Expert:
Nate Dame is an author, speaker, and entrepreneur. His digital marketing career began in the non-profit world where he quickly realized the enormous opportunities that most companies missed online. As founder and CEO of SEOperks, he has driven revenue improvement campaigns for Fortune 500 companies and small businesses alike while training digital agencies around the world.

Nate has found that most websites can quickly drive high-value traffic by focusing on key optimization strategies. The problem is that too many SEO campaigns focus on archaic or even risky tactics that attract the wrong traffic, or no traffic at all. Nate's training helps business owners create specific, measurable SEO strategies that deliver ROI far into the future.

Nate is an avid family man and his favorite pastime is relaxing with his beautiful wife and energetic son around their home in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin.

INSANE? Or BEST FATHER'S DAY DINNER EVER?

Dancing squid dish. It's cooked and dead. Soy sauce just activates a few neurons.

Eat your heart out +Kikkoman Soy Sauce.

Always friendly and helpful. I do my personal and business banking here. Great staff, cozy office. Never a wait @ drive thru or walk up teller.

Great food and fun experience. A little overpriced for a pancake house with a limited menu. If you're looking for good atmosphere and above average food, Walker Bros. is the place to be.

Staff has always been super helpful. On my last visit we had some technical challenges that didn't get resolved until that night, but that was probably corporate Verizon's fault! On the other hand, they kindly let my 3 year old play with phones while they dealt with it!

Staff are kind and helpful, if sometimes a little rushed. Office is small but neat and clean. Maybe not the fanciest place in town but no complaints, will be there again in 6 months!
