This place was once a great attraction. The carts were fast on some tracks and not so fast on others. I worked with many of the staffers this year and back in 2002. Today was the last day the park will be open as Nascar Speedpark as it has been purchased by Mark Lazarus. He has a family history in the area and has equipped Burroughs and Chapin as his management company. Honestly, when the park reopens in Mid-May it will be known as Broadway Grand Prix. I am very glad that there will finally be some TLC to the place and I wish nothing but the best to all the staff and crew that worked this year with the park. R.I.P. Nascar Speedpark... 1998-2014

We recently paid a very exspensive visit to the Nascar speedpark. The first thing you encounter is a mile long line of people waiting to pay for the overpriced tickets. As you make your way through the arcade you will notice half the games are out of order. You will also pass the overpriced snackbar with a low variety of choices. When you finally reach the outside you will most likley wait in line for at least 20 min or more before you get to ride. We asked the ride operator why some of the cars were not being used. The response was "The're Broken". We finally reached a manager and complained. He magically started up the "Broken cars" and the line moved slightly faster. We came upon the kiddie track which has three cars. Only one was running, so once again we asked why the other two were not being used. The response was "The're broken" We had had enough of the lies and decided to go to the outdoor snackbar. We ordered a slushy only to find the machine was broken. We decided not to waste anymore time at this facility and simply left. We spent nearly $180 and only rode 3 rides, bit of a rip off. This place is very overpriced, understaffed, and everything seems to be broken. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO GO HERE this is your warning.

4 of us went, I took one kid in a car with me and my son took his own as did my wife. Rides turned out to be $25 for 3.5 minutes. Ask yourself if this is a good deal. We ended up spending $50 for us to all take 2 races for a total of 7 minutes (my watch has a stopwatch and I clocked it). Simply horrible.

Overpriced and very understaffed. Many of the kiddie rides are "staffed" by one operator rotating between 2-3 different rides. >50% of the arcade games were out of order. Prizes for the arcade tickets were by far the worst I have seen anywhere (not that they are ever a good value, but it's really bad at Speedpark). Mini golf was neglected and the "moat" around the mini golf was filthy. As for the tracks, some cars are slower than others which becomes very dangerous with the agressive drivers behind you. Definitely will not be returning!

We visited the speedpark in July during our family vacation. My six year old went onto the kiddie track with a friend. Te kiddie track is not well designed at all. There are tires around the track but there are also missing tires therfore it was metal around a turn. Needless to say we are home now and have to go to the drs because the seatbelt did major damage to my daughters neck. She has deep red burns on both sides of her neck and some even on her belly. I am very shocked that the kiddie track is not better designed. Once it happened we were also shocked to find out that they do not have a first aid station at the park. I guess it was a manager offered us a bottle of water and some ice for her neck. They aso offered a bandage but we needed neosporin first which of course they didnt have. The staff that came to write an incident report said that she was distracted, are you serious she is 6 years old. For the money that is spent to entire this park and enjoy rides I was shocked that they do not have a first aid station and that the Kiddie track is so unsafe.

Place was overly priced. My wife and I went there on july 12. The. Cars are very slow. Your lawnmower is faster trust me. Waited roughly 30 min on every track in line. Then u only get 2 laps witch stinks not worth it

While it's fun for a bit, it gets old rather quickly. The arcade is also horrible.
