FED UP blows the lid off everything we thought we knew about food and weight loss, revealing a 30-year campaign by the food industry, aided by the U.S. government, to mislead and confuse the American public, resulting in one of the largest health …

Probiotics, aka beneficial bacteria, offer a wide range of health benefits.  They help to improve your digestion, provide certain vitamins, keep your immune system healthy, keep your nervous system healthy, and help keep disease-causing bacteria and fungus at bay.

But, is it important to take a probiotic supplement?  Many people, especially those who have recently taken antibiotics, can benefit from supplementation.  Talk to your health practitioner to find out which one is most appropriate for you.  This short video discusses some of the things to consider when choosing a probiotic supplement.

Allergy season is upon us...

Do you suffer from seasonal allergies?  Perhaps you've had the "skin prick" test for food and environmental allergies and have been told that you don't have food allergies.  Technically, that may be true.  However, environmental allergies are strongly associated with what are known as food "intolerances".

The article explains some of the methods that can be used to find out if you are intolerant to one or more foods.
Amy Myers, MD is a Functional Medicine doctor. Here she teaches us A Three Step Approach To Curing Seasonal Allergies Naturally.

Beat High Cholesteral! I had high cholesteral and I really didn't want to take medications for the rest of my life. Dr. Nardini helped me with changes to my diet and naturopathic supplements. Three months later, much to my allopathic doctor's and my surprise, I was feeling incredible and my cholesterol was completely normal. This is even more impressive to me because I have a strong family history of "genetic" cholesterol. At age 50, I was still playing hockey two times a week, golfing as much as possible and feeling many years younger than I had been before seeing Dr. Nardini.

Dr. Pat Nardini is the best! Professional and understanding, the only Doctor that has been able to get my poor health on the road to good health and feeling so much better. I came to Dr. Pat with Osteoarthritis with joint pain and very slow digestion with heart burn and a blotted stomach. High blood pressure and my blood sugars were high as well my cholesterol. All these numbers are down and normal. I have learned so much about eating well and excercise now in my Life!!
