This was pretty rough. I love a good thin crust pizza, but this one was pretty terrible. It was burned to a crisp on the bottom and lukewarm on top. When I commented to the waiter about it, he said "it's pretty normal for it be burnt on the bottom."

Pros: They are expensive Cons: You get a large, terrible, pizza. We ordered two, Margarita and Red (known as cheese to the rest of the world). The crust: Hadn't risen and wasn't cooked all the way which is hard to do with such a thin crust. The crust was too thin to support the weight of the pizza (even folded). I love a good thin crust, this wasn't one. The sauce: Tasted like jarred spaghetti sauce. In the end we managed to eat part of one pizza, the other went untouched save a sample bite from some brave person. We recently moved and are trying all the local pizza places, this one is off our list.

Pizza was mediocre at best. I wanted wood fired pizza and to me, that means crisp crust. I was told by the cashier that it would be delivered next door when done. this never happened. I had to come and get it. Only to find it sitting there on the warming rack and it was soggy as hell. Terrible. Exactly NOT what I wanted. While waiting the staff walked past me many times without saying a word to see why I was standing there. And when I took my pizza out, I noticed the cashier chasing down a dog. Obviously much more important things than the customers. The pizza chef had a terrible hacking cough when he walked past going in to the kitchen. Never a good sign. I wonder if I got some extra sauce on my pizza. Prep and make areas were not well organized and simply dirty. The dishwasher blew into one of the wine glasses walking it out from the back room to the bar. YUCK. Never again. First and last time.

I bought a Groupon for this place because I had heard excellent reviews. I went to look for where it was and saw the reviews and was slightly worried. I went with my fiance and we ordered the pumpkin spiced hot apple cider and it was delicious!! The waitress was very nice and helpful. The atmosphere was very cozy and comfortable. It was cool to see the wood stove and the employees working. We ordered the stuffed banana peppers for an appetizer and it was really good. We ordered the cuban pizza which was exellent!! We were so pleased with the food and with the service/atmosphere. I would go back in a heartbeat as well as recommend this place to a friend!! I'm glad I didn't go based on these reviews!!! :)

I wanted to like this place but was put off the moment we walked through the door. The bartender was not the friendliest person in the world. In any case, our waitress was very sweet but appeared to be the only one on duty. We ordered our pizza and salivated when our pizza arrived (aesthetically nice looking). However, one bite into the slice and we knew that this was not very good food. The sauce simply overwhelmed all of the other ingredients on the pizza as well as the dough. It was quite sour and tart. Our meal -- one large pizza with 3 toppings, a beer, and a soft drink came to $40 after a 20%+ tip. Even if the meal was a bargain (< $15) and attentive service was provided, I would still not come back because of the food. I suspect that their days will be numbered given all of the factors that I've identified. Perhaps they should change their name to Crappa Wood Fired Pizzeria?
