Service and attention by manager on duty was superb. I was there for a graduation dinner. Good value and good service in a pleasant atmosphere.

Very unprofessional staff. I've made a reservation a week ago, 3 hours before the dinner they called me and informed me that someone paid more money and patio is reserved. I had a few private parties at Napa, will never come back again.

I came here for a company sponsored dinner last week and had a great experience. We were in a private room so may not have had the same experience as sitting in the main dining area... but still very good! Food - I had the braised short ribs which were very good, moist, and melted in my mouth! Drinks - Try the no-jito cocktail! It was like blueberry/blackberry mojito! DELISH! Dessert - We had a 3 dessert sampler platter which was a great choice and Service - Our service was great, the waiters joked with us, refilled our wine very quickly (:)) and were able to detail the food options very well! Overall - I would definitely come back to this place... a little out of my personal price range but good for a work sponsored dinner!

Had a wonderful time, and as a fan of wine and big dinners with friends, this place is PERFECT!! Large groups, like mine, had a blast in the private dining room. And with no Room Rental Fee, we were happy to eat and drink the night away in our own private space. Also, LOVE the happy hour! Who can beat 3-7 for yummies and drinkies I'll be back, in fact I'm here now!!

Great post-concert or after-theater dining experience... A little bit pricey, but worth the extra penny. Definitely a grown up outing, not the type of place to go get rowdy with friends.

Came here during the week for a work lunch. This place is surprisingly full during lunch. Although we didn't have reservations, we were able to get a seat on the patio which was gorgeous. To start, we ordered the blue crab cakes to share. They were perfectly seasoned and melted right in your mouth. Really really good. I also ordered the short rib sandwich and a side of chimichurri fries. The fries were so amazing that I ate every last one, despite being full. I love garlic and chimichurri and am a serious French fry snob but these were some of the best. The sandwich was far less to call home about. The meat was really good and tender but the sandwich was lacking in flavor overall, which was disappointing. I wouldn't order it again. Our service was good and the ambiance was a mix of older women and business people, but it's a great place to go in Westwood for a nicer lunch.

Thanksgiving dinner, 2013, at Napa Valley Grill Westood was lackluster....Squash soup was superb, though, turkey and dressing was dry dry dry...lacked flavor and served cool, slightly warm...not hot as it should have been. the restaurant wasn't that crowded, so food service should have been much faster from the kitchen...and to boot, there was a hefty fee of $62 for main course, appetizer and desert per person...I would have preferred not to have the 3 offerings, as I usually never eat desert and rarely have an appetizer with main course. This experience has dampened my desire to eat at this location.

I have eaten here several times usually for Sunday brunch. The service is very good and the food even better. I highly recommend the small bites tapas selection for the brunch.
