Just a few years ago, I was addicted to sugary foods. I had cravings for something sweet right after a meal or in the afternoon or when I was feeling bored. It was a habit that was not helping my overweight and my pre-diabetic report.

A series of events led me to take better care of my self and I lost 30 kilos of weight, reversed high blood pressure and diabetes. I embarked on a new career as a health coach and helping people to achieve their health goals.
