Hi everyone! Here's a tutorial on how to make {Tamagoyaki} (Japanese Rolled Omelette) with step-by-step pictures. For those of you who are not familiar, this omelette is very unique because it's made with layers of egg. Perfect for your bento and Tamago sushi.
Classic Japanese breakfast and bento food item, golden savory egg omelette with dashi and soy sauce.

Just looked at the tutorial pictures, great way of making an omelette, I have an idea:
split the beaten eggs in three bowls, make a different mix out of each one, for example, one with spinach, one with thinly chopped beets, and one with black mushrooms.
The end result will give a three colors, three flavors rolled omelette.
What do you think about it?
