I'm the blogger behind one of the most popular Japanese food blogs written in English - Just One Cookbook. 

My journey started 4 years ago with my website, sharing homemade delicious and authentic Japanese cuisine, which I learned spending years in the kitchen helping my mom. 

I have a loyal following across all the social media channels, including YouTube with 60k subscribers just over a year and Facebook with 56K followers.

My recipes and website have been featured on online publications such as The Kitchn, HuffingtonPost, Babble, and Parade Magazine as well as print magazines.  The website has won a CBS San Francisco's Most Valuable Blogger Award in San Francisco in 2011.

Also, I have worked with brands such as Silk, Land O'Lakes, Tyson Foods, Folgers, LG, and Zojirushi to promote their products, often times developing and sharing unique recipes using their products.  Please read more here.
