Check out one of +Peter Cook's great books!
Today marks the launch of a 2nd edition of my book Punk Rock People Management. As a pale youth I was captivated by the first wave of British punk, that sprang from a general tiredness with the pomp and circumstance of progressive rock, three album boxed sets and 20 minute drum solos, although I loved all that as well. “The proposed rules would provide investors with additional information on #governance  practices of companies in which they invest,” SEC Chair Mary Jo White. “Increasing transparency into hedging policies will help investors better understand alignment of interests of employees & directors with their own.”
Ever wonder whether the directors and officers of corporations you invest in are allowed to hedge or offset the values of company shares they receive?
