I always wonder about the food shortages , not in NY , they throw so much food daily you could feed a town with, every day , people should have more respect to food .and less waste of it .and that is really problem , they prefer to destroy it than feed people with to keep the prices .

New York-based startup Nervve Technologies created a GPU-powered technology that allows teams to search hundreds of hours of video in a few minutes, instead of weeks or even months.
TV deals are where the big money is at in professional sports. This makes it crucial for companies advertising during broadcasts, and for sports franchises, to understand how much screen time brand logos get when they’re negotiating ad rates. Nervve Technologies, a Buffalo, New York-based startup, is changing the game of ad negotiation. Its GPU-powered …

> Where can I buy a chair like that?

Uh, no.

The correct question is, "What kind of chair is that?"  Once you know that, then you can decide whether you want to go shopping for one.

If you optimize query results toward shopping, then fraudulent sites will simply spam their sites with images rather than metadata tags like they did back in the 1990's so they push themselves higher in the search results and scoop up clicks.  And we all remember what a fscking mess that was.

And BTW: It's an Eames chair.  The epitome of mid-century Jet-set cool but, weirdly, not all that comfortable (doesn't even lean back).

Made possible by Quadro GPUs and the NVIDIA DesignWorks SDK, multiple projectors work in unison to create a 360 Landscape Experience, Reflection Wall, and Infinity Mirror at OUE Skyspace LA.
Stretching out from nearly 1,000 feet above Los Angeles, the views are spectacular at the top of the 70-story-high OUE Skyspace LA, California’s tallest open-air observation deck. But the thrill of journeying to the top takes hold in an immersive experience 16 stories down, on the 54th floor of the iconic US Bank Tower in …
