I used to confuse diplomacy, which can in essence be the art of saying nice doggie until you can find a rock, with the act of, or rather, state of being full of grace.

It does not come easy to me and is something of which I must be mindful virtually everyday.

To let go is to let live, to be at peace and relinquish desire for control. These things, not so ironically, are challenging for this knucklehead alcoholic-in-recovery to employ but have been critical to my success in maintaining healthy sobriety.

Thank you for posting this which turns out to be a relevant and poignant reminder for me on this morning.
