Alternate Leg Flexion:
Lie on your back with your legs semi-flexed, then alternate them to the chest. We raise one first, then lower it slowly; rest and perform the same exercise with the other.

In the "4-leg" position, curve the spine upwards flexing the neck (try to touch the chest with the chin). Hold for 5 seconds. From this position, change to arch the spine down extending the neck (try to touch the back with the head). Hold 5 seconds and return to the rest position.
