Feeling a little festive? I just did a great Christmas workout with a partner 3 x 10 sets of dumbbell burpee-press while partner did a.) pull-ups, b,) jump lunges, c.) trx tricep extensions, then 3 x 10 sets of kettlebell row to high pull while my partner did a.) jump squats, b) plank, c.) wall sit then we did a little circuit to finish.

Need a quick bodyweight workout when you can't get to the gym? 10 Burpees > 20 Mountain climbers > 30 Jumping Jacks > 40 Reps jumping rope > 30 Jump squats > 20 Push-ups > 10 Reverse lunges. Perform all exercises then rest for 30 seconds and go again. Repeat as many times as you can in twenty minutes.

Sweet little x-training session last night - 
3 rounds of 400m row and kettle-bell static hold (for as long as your partner takes to row)
mini-circuit: 1min each of o'head squats, barbell reverse lunges push-ups then plank, 2 times through
Then a bit of a play on the monkey bars, some rope climbing and ring pull-ups and tucks to finish
