Nutrition is a huge part of my life. All year round my diet is tight as I know the importance of keeping a clean diet to better your physique. My protein consists of fish, turkey, eggs, and ground beef. Carbs I like oats, brown rice cereal, sweet potatoes and white rice. I eat a lot of vegetables as well. Fats I tend to stick to flax oil and as most competitors that have a peanut butter problem I just keep that out of my house. I don’t believe in depriving yourself so in the offseason if I want something I tend to grab a handful of dark chocolate almonds as my treat. My reward meal is also once a week and my go to is a nice big burger with yam fries!
My pro card prep and now with my pro season approaching my goal is to stay as lean as I can and to stay in very good conditioning. I sprint almost 4-6 days a week and my weakest body part my legs, I plan to bring in the best ever come, my first pro show next year.#vancouver
