Being for the benefit of +Anthony Deaver and +Daniel Koeker  (and anyone else I can persuade/cajole/guilt into participating) I am  Making A List Of Books.

I do this a lot, because I am always ambitious and so rarely follow through, but my personal failings aside, I make lists of books.   Here's the deal:

You're going on a trip through time and space, only you don't get a TARDIS or an ENTERPRISE.  For assorted science fiction reasons to create inconvenience, you have to select a physical book library for your trip, limited to 30 volumes max, purely for your own entertainment and edification.  Because you are a smart person, and it's going to be a very long trip, you decide to take 15 books you know and love, and 15 books you've wanted to read but just haven't read yet.

Create your library [Create your own post and tag some folks to play along].  Comment about the selections in, uh, the comments [don't post your lists there, but say if you've made one].

It strikes me I should ask +Curt Thompson +Isaac Sher +Shaun Duke +Pamela Lynn +Violante de Rojas and +Rob Pearson to play.  Also +Matthew Graybosch +Rick Wayne +Karen Conlin and +Sarah Pinsker and +Donna Buckles  and...oh, hell, if you see this and you have the time, make a list!

Here's My List.
