Wow-setting your life back to zero-I have a lot of work to do then-especially in my email box! xx
I recently came across the concept of resetting your life to Zero, and I thought it was a perfect topic for my final blog post for the A-Z of Simple Living challenge. It has been so much fun coming up with posts every day bas...

I have really struggled to like chick-lit, I am a crime/mystery girl, but I have just finished Zoe Foster's new book (set in Sydney) and I did like it. I don't like the predictability of chick-lit books, I feel like I am reading a bad script of a soapie/tv show.
Reading is one of those things I do on a regular basis. If the book has grabbed me from the very beginning, I literally won't put it down until the last page has been read. This means hours and hours and hours of reading by t...

Mums rock! Especially ones who blog. I am thankful my computer died and I was able to get off the technology and chill out while my bubba was asleep-it has been awhile since I have done that xx
I know I have said it before and no doubt I will say it again, it never ceases to amaze me how quickly Thursday seems to sneak around each week. Though truth be told at the moment time feels like it is both flying and draggin...

You are the same age as me, and I would love goals similar to yours, still be happy, healthy & still have my family around me. x
A whopping forty six years old! Which quite frankly just doesn't seem right. Not that I am saying forty six is old but I just struggle to imagine myself as that old. Mind you I also couldn't imagine myself as thirty something...

Thanks Lisa :) yeah, it was actually even more fun than we thought it would be. I'm always telling myself I'm going to write thank you cards for this or that and I never get around to it, so this time it felt to actually get one written and in the post!

I have done this a few times but I found in the last year that I get homesick really easily. But I might try again for my birthday later in the year. I need to catch up on some zzz's xx
How would you spend a whole weekend all by yourself? Each and every year, my wise friend Bron goes on an annual solitary road trip. That means without her husband and her children. Even without a friend. When I first read abo...

How strong you must be to get through the other side of this ordeal. May your heart heal in time and you & children remain safe. Good on you for having chosen to be the heroine for yourself and your kids.  xx
Its true, our greatest teachers are often the very people who hurt and betray us the most. And you certainly achieved that, so below is a list of gratitude..just for you.. Please take particular note of the final point.. ...
