A gold #mining company in Val d’Or, Quebec required our expertise in soil stabilization and water cut-off techniques to improve fractured ground conditions for subsequent drilling of large diameter service holes for its underground mine. Our grouting specialists engineered a #cement grouting plan to successfully control water inflows and secure the area so that development work could continue.

When you need innovative #engineering solutions, contact Multiurethanes for support in mine grouting applications: https://multiurethanes.com/contact/

Are you looking for a #portable and lightweight cement grouting #pump? Our recommendation is the ICTUS M500, this pump is mainly used for full-column grouting as in cable-anchoring and also for spraying materials. It can handle a variety of mixes, from a thin liquid to a viscous grout (1:3 water to cement ratio). We stock a wide range of these pumps for immediate availability. Contact us at 1-800-663-6633 or info@multiurethanes.com https://multiurethanes.com/contact/

A general contractor in Western Manitoba required our grouting expertise and technical support to stabilize an extra-large construction joint (250 m long) on a dam rehabilitation project. The concrete had started to deteriorate, creating small voids in the joint. We successfully repaired the joint using Multiurethanes Universal Resin to prevent water from entering and causing further damage. The chemical grout filled the voids, stabilized the joint and provided protection against water penetration: https://multiurethanes.com/products/universal-resin/

When you require high-performance grouting materials, contact us for supply and recommendations: 1-800-663-6633 or info@multiurethanes.com

Find out how our technical team helped one of our long-time customers –a foundation contractor– with a very challenging situation while performing standard water abatement and soil stabilization at an excavation site close to #Toronto Lakeshore. During the construction work, one side of the foundation became too unstable to continue allowing our customer's employees to work safely. Our professional grouting specialists employed an innovative solution that left the contractor so impressed, they have since asked us to perform the same technique in other similar projects. To read more about this solution visit: http://groutingspecialists.com/soil-stabilization-for-high-rise-development-construction/ or to discuss how #Multiurethanes can help with your #construction projects, email us at info@multiurethanes.com

A hydropower tunnel was under construction as part of the Mayo hydroelectric dam expansion project in Yukon. When unexpected high-volume water inflows interrupted tunnel excavations, Peter White, our Senior Grouting Specialist, implemented an innovative multi-staged solution working with, not against, the natural water inflows and rock fractures to permanently seal the leakage.
