This morning I visited one of the conferences where we are providing interpreting services into 3 languages. As The Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, Hon. Elizabeth Dowdeswell delivered her opening message to representatives from 50 countries about kid’s safety, youth health and mental health, I remembered the principle from BM: “fall in love with the clients not with your product or service”, the point is, for us business owners, the more we target clients who are congruent with our mission and values the more successful our clients will be around our services and the happier we will be. “Top clients”, should not be about the size of their file but about how much we love them.

We are ready for tomorrow.
Topics to be presented at our Annual Conference vary from Settling Refugees in Canada: The Importance of Interpretation and Translation Services, Failure with a Neuroscience perspective, Memory, Quality, Technology, The Indispensable Value of the Human Interpreter and, to wrap up, our Annual Excellence Awards, Zumba and networking.
Lunch and snacks during our 3 networking breaks will be provided. Come early, we will have homemade French crepes as part of the breakfast (healthy options too :)). Our traditional Green Smoothies will be served during the mid morning break. We will share recipes and benefits of juicing/blending as usual.
