Thoughts are like stories we tell ourselves all the time. But they're not all true, wise, skillful or helpful. So don't believe everything you think. Ask yourself, is this a helpful or skillful thought? If not, there are various things you can do to diffuse its energy. For example, you can say hello to it, thank it for its opinion and let it go...with a deep exhalation and a half-smile. <3
