We have stayed at wilderness Lodge other times. This play the rooms were not well repaired bathroom door was stuck in one place from swollen flooring. If you stayed there in hotel the was no preferential options an example to stand in line to get in like everyone off street. The lines were impossible,. Only one location to get a towel,. Only one indoor water park and the rest of the place had freezing water this summer. Supposedly if you stay there at there rooms after 7 pm the general public has to leave and gives us time to enjoy the water park but most of it shuts down! For the money and what the advertising shows. Go somewhere else.

We stayed in a 2 queen room on site at the hotel. the rooms had hardly anything in them, it looks like they downgraded the rooms with a remodel as the room is big enough to hold more furniture. The beds are horrific. It's literally a mattress on top of a wooden box and the mattress is cheap quality. The mattress is an older style so the springs aren't pocketed or individual, they're all connected which means you won't get as good of a night sleep and if the person you're sleeping next to moves you'll feel it. The beds also have no actual blanket, it's literally two sheets on the bed. The pool? The indoor pool had maybe 6 slides, a kiddie pool, lazy river and 2 hot tubs. Try sharing that with everyone staying since mt olympus owns multiple buildings now and you're stuck spending more time waiting in line to even get on a ride or in the hot tub than the little time you're spending in the water. The staff? The experience I had was the staff were not very helpful and did not have answers for anything nor were they flexible when promises arouse. I wouldn't recommend this hotel

The hotel room was comfy but the Indoor Water Park seemed smaller than I expected. The kids did enjoy it as well as the indoor theme park. Overall we all had fun.

We ended up staying in building 31, the price was great, all the amenities were great. The once down side and it really not mt. Olympus fault, but all the little kids were really loud and the walls in the room seemed paper thin

There was a false fire alarm and the beds would've been better if there was more blankets present but overall I was satisfied with my stay. If you don't mind crowded places then I'd say that this is a good place to stay with many different activities to do

We were at the water and theme parks only. Disappointed. Charge you $10 for very small lockers. Others charge $8 for lockets more than twice as big. It wasn't as fun as others we've been to. Could just be personal preference. But we were expecting more to the indoor parks. The indoor theme park seems more for the little ones than adults or even teens.... I guess that's the place to go in the summer months.

This place has truly went downhill. Not only can you NOT get an expensive cup of coffee at 8:00 a.m. where you clearly know you're being taken to the bank, also the front desk staff doesn't care! If they are running late you would think one of the four staff members would be willing to help but apparently they've surpassed that stage in their career to not lend a helping hand. Customer service here isn't service if you're a patron. This trip was painful and hopefully others who read this will decide to take their business elsewhere.

LOVED the water park. HATED the room we got (they have properties all over the town, don't expect to stay to where you can walk to the park from your hotel). I should not expect much, we did get a great deal :) The water/amusement park was so big, we didn't even see it all in the 3 days we were there (the girls did spend a lot of time on the swings....). The best part was by staying on property, you could stay 3 hours later than regular guests. Not all rides are open but the really good ones are, with very little to no wait time. I loved having a DJ at the wave pool (which is a MUST see). The park is completely smoke free. It is a hike and found very little people in wheelchairs as I can see it must be hard to maneuver up and down the hills. If you stay there, plan on driving back and forth to the hotel. Food is not super expensive. You can leave the park to go to your car to eat if you don't want park food.
