Mr. Roger Services has earned the service industry’s coveted Angie’s List Super Service Award, reflecting an exemplary year of service provided to members of the local services marketplace and consumer review site in 2015.
 
 
“Only about 5 percent of the Appliance & Air Conditioning companies in Tampa Bay have performed so consistently well enough to earn our Super Service Award,” said Angie’s List Founder Angie Hicks. “It’s a really high standard.”
 
Angie’s List Super Service Award 2015 winners have met strict eligibility requirements, which include an “A” rating in overall grade, recent grade, and review period grade; the company must be in good standing with Angie’s List, pass a background check and abide by Angie’s List operational guidelines.

Service company ratings are updated daily on Angie’s List. Companies are graded on an A through F scale in areas ranging from price to professionalism to punctuality.

What a great experience!!! Each time I dealt with Mr Rogers I was blown away by his attention to his client's needs and the extend he wants to make sure your issue is solved first. When I needed extra hose or cable, he said "no problem, we can do it". When I needed separate delivery, he said "no problem, we will get it to you." Then he gives you extra warranty on used appliances? Why would you go anywhere else? Last, good people run with good people and Mr Rogers has plenty good people working with him, like Mr Raul, the man who brought my appliances. What a great experience..I sure plan to go back!! The most TERRIBLE repair service. I called to repair my refrigerator last Friday because it was not cooling. They came and said that they cannot open the panel to test the parts because it was covered with ice. I need to defrost it and wait for the call next day. I was charged $78 for call fee. Nobody called me next day. I called on Monday and they told me that they are waiting for parts. (even they don't know what parts they need because they didn't come to test). Here is Friday again! The whole week my refrigerator is down, nobody came to test anything and nobody even called me. I guess the parts are coming from China because it takes that LONG! NEVER AGAIN! I would never suggest anyone to use this company. Unless you want to give away $78 for promise and wait! WASTE of time and money! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! They don’t care about customers at all!

Hello Russ, we talked last week about your appointment, the day of service our tech found your refrigerator frosted, in order for the tech to properly diagnose your appliances he needs to access the coils behind the plastic cover that is frosted, your model is a unique model and eve if we used a steamer to defrost plastic clips on cover may brake and for that reason we ask you to disconnect unit and call for a new appointment, when I called you last time I offer you a discount on repair for the wait, since that day I tried to call you twice for a new service appointment and no answer, we work very hard to keep our reputation strong our families depend on our business, we offer you our help and instead of accepting or apology and the discount you went all over the internet copying/pasting this review, call us when you are ready for the repair. 07/22/16: The manager, George, showed great customer service. He acknowledged that the company dropped the ball and sent out a tech at a convenient time for me to fix the problem I was having with my dryer. He waived the fee for sending the guy out and even waived the cost of parts as a way to make up for the previous instances mentioned below. The tech, Edgar, was very knowledgable and friendly. I feel confident my dryer will be back to new once Edgar is done fixing it. ---------- 07/19/16: I know this is a family run business (based on responses to previous reviews), but to tell a customer that you'll be at their house between 4-6 and then to call at 5:45pm and say you're running late and will be there around 7pm and then never show up or call or respond to the two voicemails I left is definitely not the way to do business. I feel like your company prides yourself on good work so I would've never expected something like just not showing up without any notice would ever happen. I'm sure I don't need to say it, but it's completely unprofessional and disrespectful to me. I had to take time off from work to be at home, and then stay at home, missing a family birthday dinner, because I continuously waited for your handyman to arrive at the pushed-back time of 7pm and then never show up and never call me to notify me that he wasn't going to show up. It's now 9:20pm. I look forward to a response from your team tomorrow. 07/20/16: The customer care manager called me and offered to send a tech out tomorrow at a convenient time for me, so we agreed on 5:30pm so I wouldn't have to ask for time off from work again. He also offered to waive the fee for having the tech come out and then a discount on the service. I appreciate the offer to make this up. 07/21/16: I called at 5pm today and confirmed that the tech would still be coming over. I was told they would be delayed because the tech was in St Pete and I live in Tampa. It is now 8:20pm and I have not received a phone call or any notice from the tech or the manager. I had high hopes after talking to the manager yesterday and today, but this second time is just outright irresponsible and unprofessional.

Roger was extremely helpful in my search for a used refrigerator at a reasonable price. There was no pressure to buy and he even gave me advice on how to spruce up some of my appliances that have some minor cosmetic blemishes. Promised delivery for me on Monday evening even though I do not get off of work until 5pm. His delivery men were also very efficient and setup my water line for my ice maker. I would definitely recommend this company!

I've used Mr. Rogers several times for both my home and for rental properties I manage. They are very easy to work with and are reasonably priced. I will definitely use them again!
