It's recipe time! #smoothiesaturday

HONEY VANILLA SMOOTHIE
2 scoops of Shaklee Life Vanilla Protein
8 oz. unsweetened almond milk
2 tbsp 0% Greek yogurt
Dash of vanilla extract
1 tsp honey (or to taste)
Ice (as needed)

Mix all ingredients together in a blender and enjoy!

Happy Valentine's Day!!! Today is the perfect day to enjoy this healthy and decadent treat...Chocolate Avocado Pudding!

You need:
2 large ripe avocados
6 tbsp unsweetened raw cocoa powder
5 tbsp pure maple syrup
¼ cup to ⅓ cup water or unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp vanilla
Pinch fine sea salt

Directions:
Place all ingredients into the bowl of a food processor and blend until completely smooth. Add a bit more liquid if pudding is too thick. Taste and add more maple syrup if desired. The pudding tastes best cold so refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
May be stored for up to 24 hours in refrigerator. Enjoy on it's own or as a dip with your favorite fruits!
