I planned a Christmas break for my best friends and mother this past week and we stayed at Mary's Beauty. It was perfect for us! Everyone had a wonderful holiday traveling in from all around and we were very happy with our stay. They even had it decorated for the holiday which was awesome because as I was planning it alone I was worried because I couldn't fit a tree in my jeep with all of the presents and food. Great company!

I stayed at Life's Escape this past weekend and it was perfect. My boyfriend and I went with another couple for a couple's weekend and we loved it. The location was excellent. Not too secluded but still very private. The home was so cozy and comfortable. We will definitely be coming back again. I really loved the easy keyless check in and check out. So convenient.

Do not stay at the Cubs den! We planned a last minute, after Christmas getaway to our favorite city... many cabins were booked or had a 4 night minimum stay. I found cubs den online and called to book the reservation. The agent was very nice and talked me in to purchasing trip insurance for $30, I was told I could cancel for any reason. We finally made it to the cabin after 40 minutes on back roads and realized the description of the location was not accurate... it's in a neighborhood, not near other rentals, and about 25 minutes on backroads to downtown. The cabin itself is very basic, it does have a dart board but doesn't have darts! It has a phone that you are supposed to use to let them know you arrived, but the phone doesn't work!! The bathroom light fixture is full of bugs, it doesn't look like the place has been dusted in months. The bed is very uncomfortable with springs popping out and the pillows are so thin. The exterior is horribly lit. Only 1 outside light, so pulling into or out of the driveway is very scary as there is a fence on one side and trees on the other. After we arrived I called to discuss cancellation options and explained that we were very unhappy. I was told trip insurance could only be used with a doctor's note or obituary! I was also told that the location is called the glades and I should have known what that meant!! Not being a resident of the area, I obviously wouldn't know what that meant but I do now and will not stay in that area again. To top it off, when we were packing up to leave (at 1030, checkout is 11), the cleaning crew was stalking the cabin! Literally sitting at the end of the drive in a truck watching and waiting for us to leave! Long story short, we were completely misled by the location and quality of the cabin. Further, the customer service was less than nice or willing to help when a complaint was made.

We rented a cabin and unfortunately the fire was that weekend. We prepaid in good faith of over $350. We understand that there was a fire, etc. We have called repeatedly to get a refund to no absolutely no response on our refund. We know that this company had insurance to cover their losses. Thank goodness we only live a few county's away so we can drive there and sue them for the $350 as well as court costs and my time away from work as well as my fuel costs, etc.

We are staying at LogInn Memories and it is breathtakingly beautiful. Nicest place we have ever stayed. The cabin was very clean, decorated nicely, and the staff were very prompt on fixing our hot tub when we let them know it was not working correctly. It does not have a view, but it more than likely will once the trees die out some. I have really enjoyed this cabin and we even had some relatives come up one night because we had the extra bedroom. I do recommend staying here.

Stayed at A Wolf's Den for the weekend with a bunch of my buddies for a bachelor weekend. To say this place was amazing would be selling it short! The decor was great, the cabin was clean and well maintained. Everyone had a great time. This was seriously the nicest and coolest cabin I have ever stayed in!

My family and I planned a last minute trip. There were the ONLY company that could accommodate our last minute weekend vacation. We unfortunately had to stay in one cabin Friday night and another Saturday night BUT that is our fault for planning last minute so we don't hold that against them. Friday night we had a nice, clean and comfortable cabin no issues. We were worried about getting into the second cabin as check in is normally 4pm. We were able to get into the second cabin at 11:30 pm! Talk about impressed. The second cabin today has exceeded our expectations so much I am here writing a review while I'm in the cabin. They have went above and beyond to accommodate our every need. Our hot tub in the second cabin had some minor issues with the Jets but they sent maintenance over within 15 minutes and got it working for us. They have made us lifetime customers with this experience. And we look forward to staying with them again in the near future.
