Let us rise up and be thankful, for if we didn’t learn a lot today, at least we learned a little, and if we didn’t learn a little, at least we didn’t get sick, and if we got sick, at least we didn’t die; so, let us be thankful.

"The high court will hear arguments on Nov. 5 in the case of Carol Anne Bond, a microbiologist who tried to poison her husband’s lover -- and was prosecuted under a U.S. law enacted to implement a chemical-weapons treaty. Bond says her crime is a local one that never should have involved federal prosecutors."

A SECRET LIBRARY, DIGITALLY EXCAVATED

The collection mirrors the remarkable diversity of Dunhuang itself, where Buddhists rubbed shoulders with Manicheans, Christians, Zoroastrians, and Jews, and Chinese scribes copied Tibetan prayers that had been translated from Sanskrit by Indian monks working for Turkish khans.

Introduction
Fled the city for the mountains 12 years and don't plan on going back.  I work in a nursery.  The kind with plants not baby's.

Mischievous Mountain Monk.  Reading, hiking and backpacking to unusual places. Philosophy, Quantum Mechanics, Physics, Lucid Dreaming, Hammocks, Alchemy, Anarchism .... Wild Rivers, Wicked Storms, Wondering.  Playing chess. Natural psychedelics.

Then there is the flip side....Second Amendment, US constitution, State Rights, Pissed at my out of control government,  Learning Android code and Java.

"Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming "Wow! What a Ride!"
— Hunter S. Thompson

"In the high country of the mind one has to become adjusted to the thinner air of uncertainty..."
— Robert M. Pirsig
