Hello Joe, thank you for taking the time to write your observations, we are always keen to hear from our clients to see if the feedback can help improve our service.
As a company we have decided on a policy to never leave passengers stranded at the airport and have found in general that our clients enjoy the peace of mind this offers.
Our airport representative will move clients to alternative buses to keep waiting times to a minimum should the need arise. On this occasion however you were grouped with passengers arriving just 10 minutes after you, as your flight landed early and theirs only 11 minutes later we took the decision to wait.
I have tracked your transfer and see that you left the airport 1hour 8 minutes after landing, passing through passport control and collecting luggage which on a busy half term weekend I am sure many would agree is no mean feat.
We would recommend to those that are unhappy to wait for others to choose our Private transfer option rather than the shared should they wish to leave the airport immediately upon arrival.
