So here is a history lesson.
Israel was winning the war before the US actually sent anything. In many Israeli eyes, the US sent arms for the simple reason that Israel was already winning the war. They waited to see what would be the outcome before they did that. Israeli forces crossed the Suez Canal on October 14th, that's when the war was seriously shifted and when the US airlift started on that day. A complete victory was reached on October 16th, way before any US supply could reach any soldier on the field.
There is one thing I would credit the Americans with and it's a biggie, they supplied intelligent information on the Egyptian forces location. Other than that, Israel won the war due to uncompromising bravery and commitment by Israelis like my dad and his friends, not Americans (Jewish or others) or anyone else.
Not knowing this simple truth is an amazing ignorance on your part. What worries me (and makes me seriously mad) is that Jews like you are so easily credit others for what Israelis did with a lot of blood and sweat.
