Suzuki rider Ken Roczen finished 4 seconds ahead of Ryan Dungey, snapping a three-race winning streak for the defending series champion at AMA Supercross race in Glendale / Phoenux.
Dungey had spent the first half of the main event slicing through the pack from his lackluster start. Rockstar Energy Husqvarna’s Jason Anderson latched on to Dungey and also squeezed his way through traffic to get himself into an eventual fourth place.
After Seely handed him third place, Dungey set his sights on Tomac for second.
Christian Craig won the Western Regional 250SX for the first victory of his career. The GEICO Honda racer came out of retirement to race this season.
