My company used Mosaic's Express Catering for one of our meetings and everything went flawlessly. The customer service was wonderful. The food was fantastic and perfect for the occasion. Nice and easy with names labeled on the boxes and the tableware and napkins already in the boxes. I order the day before and I cant believe how well everything turned out. Absolutely hands down the best catering place in town. We will defiantly use them again!!

A few months ago, we went to Mosaic for lunch with a few friends. We ate at the bar. My wife ordered a bowl of bean soup. I must say that the bartender was extremely nice and very cooperative with what occurred. When the soup arrived, it was obviously undercooked. Many of the beans in the soup were actually raw and crunchy. My wife, Deb, very nicely asked the bartender to take it back to the kitchen. The bartender apologized and returned the soup to the kitchen. The next thing we know, the chef actually came out of the kitchen, walked right up to Deb, and told her in no uncertain terms that "there is no way that this soup is undercooked." He actually brought the bowl back out as if to say "NOW EAT IT!" Deb very calmly began to dip her spoon into the soup and to pull out raw beans, placed them on the bar, and showed the chef how raw the beans were. He was confounded. Without so much as an apology, he returned the soup to the kitchen. Next, we saw him carrying a large restaurant pot out of the closed part of the kitchen into the open prep station. It took about 15 minutes for the chef to come back out (after this scene!) and said "I'm sorry. Someone must have added some beans to MY soup." His attitude and very public display of displeasure with a patron of your restaurant attracted the attention of all people sitting in our vicinity, who stared in disbelief at this very loud and inappropriate breach of the simple "the customer is always right" mentality. Needless to say, we were extremely dissatisfied with this event. Everyone else had finished their entrees by the time Deb got anything to eat, and she never got to eat lunch. We paid, tipped the bartender well, and left. We will never darken the door of your restaurant again. That is a shame, because we live right down Rifle Range Road and eat out often with large groups of friends.

If you like Gouda, their Mac and cheese is incredible. They have a great chicken roller with Gouda. They have awesome black bean cakes. They have great desserts. I actually haven't had one thing I don't enjoy. Brunch is fantastic!

Our first night in Charleston & we had dinner here. The service was great & the food was fantastic! We had the Grilled Scallops on Sweet Potato puree appetizer. It was perfectly cooked & delicious! Our meals were the Blackened Grouper special & the Tuscan Chicken with Greek potatoes. Both were perfectly prepared and very fresh & flavorful. We will definitely be back!

Jeanne and the Mosaic team were so amazing to work with for our wedding! Jeanne was always responsive when we had questions and changes to our menu and gave great suggestions to make sure that our family style menu came together. Our families raved about the food at the reception, and we heard from several people who said that they don't usually like grits but loved Mosaic's shrimp and grits! The service from the Mosaic staff at the reception was far beyond expectations. When my husband and I arrived at the reception hall, they greeted us with drinks and hors d'oeuvres while we were waiting to be introduced, and they made sure we had the drinks we wanted through the evening. One amazing part of our package with Mosaic was the coordination package they offer. It was such a great value for an amazing level of service and detail from the whole Mosaic staff. Jeanne worked extensively with us to make sure that the reception would look exactly as we wanted, and she paid such great attention to all the little details that made our reception beautiful! We can't thank Mosaic enough for everything they did for our wedding reception and making sure it was exactly the evening we were looking forward to!

I can't wait to go back! I went with a group of friends and split 3 dishes. We ordered the smoked gouda dip, oriental chicken spring rolls, and the siracha honey fried chicken (that comes with the smoked gouda mac and cheese)! All of these were good, but the siracha honey chicken was amazing! I can't wait to go back and try more items on the menu!

Nice and easy Sunday brunch. The Shrimp and Grits were very good. The Carolina Omelet was delicious. I liked the laid-back feel. I will definitely go back. If your in a hurry go to McDonald's, if you want to enjoy a nice easy going meal put Mosaic on your list.
