Without "Re-inventing" who you are? What about the employers make a little effort to source talent and identify it as it is and not try to make people falsify facts about themselves. Truth breeds success and is lasting, all else causes burn out and melt down! I know this from my work within my church back years ago when I did and practiced a Greif Management course and worked in Real Estate, good people, gentle people can't "Re- invent" as its basically bullshitting!
