Sea turtles need your help! Pollution from plastic bags and other trash hurts sea turtles and ocean life everywhere. Plastic trash is choking our ocean, and 80% of it comes from land.  Let’s all take the #BetterBagChallenge together and try our best to not take disposable plastic bags for an entire year. Need a little more convincing? Check out these adorable rehabilitated sea turtles we released last month with NOAA Fisheries & Houston Zoo  as they start their journey home into the ocean:

Had an awesome time! I only went because of the penguin encounter. But we had a lot of downtime before that. I was blown away by several exhibits. The animals were definitely happy, and were interactive. THE PENGUIN ENCOUNTER WAS AWESOME. Trainer was very knowledgeable, patient, and nice.

So we bought two day pass. We did everything the first day including seeing the movie theater at 9:30. We had a blast but was worried we paid extra for a day when we did almost everything except water park. However, we were wrong. We went back through the museums saw things we missed. Went on the boat and then spent the entire evening at the water park. Finished with fireworks. It was a great last night for our vacation.

The aquarium was great. The rest of the park we were not impressed expecially for the pice. Very pricy

Love the water activities. Beach is very clean. Beautifully landscaped. We get season tickets. There is plenty to see and do.

Not even close to worth the $300+/night. Kudos to the valet staff... they should be in charge of training every other team there, as well as the bartenders. They were wonderful, attentive, friendly to the guests and to each other. The front desk clerks stared at us while waiting to be checked in. The valet person asked one of the clerks if one (of the 3 open stations) was open. They guys just sort of nodded, so we walked over to him after standing there for no reason. No one said "Next in line...". They were worthless. There were 3 of us. We had 3 separate keys. Kept them in 3 separate places (shorts pocket, t-shirt pocket, purse). Every single morning, we would discover that none of our keys worked, and had to go back downstairs to get a new key, to which a rookie front desk clerk would ask the same dumb question: "Did you put the key in close proximity to a cell phone? 'Cause that could make it stop working..." No. We didn't. I have been traveling longer than you have been alive, son. I know where to store my key. I'm not an idiot. Restaurant service staff needs to be terminated. "Five to ten minute wait" is actually 23, and when we got seated, half of the restaurant's tables were empty (scattered all over the restaurant, not just one closed off section). There is absolutely no excuse for the wait, ESPECIALLY on a Monday morning!! The hostesses were clueless. Not just once. Every single day we were there. Waitresses and bus staff are just as clueless. Salt and pepper shakers are dirty, and have missing stoppers on the bottom (hence, no salt and pepper). Waitresses who can't count people-to-place settings. Food was good, though for breakfast and dinner. Lunch was awful. Spinach artichoke dip was actually potato soup with spinach in it. Caesar salad dressing was terrible. Way too much lemon. I am not a picky eater, and pretty much expect that a salad is a salad, and dip is dip. But having it served cold/warm and not resemble spinach (and no artichoke to be found), is unacceptable. After years of hearing how wonderful this place is, we were terribly disappointed. We will not stay here again. Never, ever again. Nor will we recommend it to anyone else.

I was very disappointed. We did the speed exhibit in the Discovery Pyramid with the impression it was full of race cars, but it was a children's exhibit of interacting about racing. I didn't mind that because I have 2 children who had fun, but I was unhappy with the $15 each ticket cost after we toured it. Why not have a lower price for parents who are just observing? Also be more detailed in their description of what the exhibit is fully about. I could have spent my money on a different exhibit. Maybe felt like I got my money worth. We also did the aquarium pyramid, the penguins and seals are the main attractions. They were both short tours, maybe a hour and half for them both, so I felt like the price of $127 for my family of four was high. I just didn't feel like I got my money worth. Also, we had our picture taken with an employee, she gave me a ticket to purchase my picture at any gift shop. I went to 2 and ended up not being able to view or purchase it because their machine was not working that day.

Overall the show and event are good. The Garden Buffet is well. They have holiday BBQ style buffet even it costs $16.99 per person. The live band is too loud while we sit on the Palm Beach this 4th of July. Firework is short, about 5 minutes. There're trash everywhere. We brought our trash bag to collect our own trash. There's a traffic jam from the Moody Garden parking lot all the way to 45. When we passed by the incident scene, these people stopped their cars right on the fast lane of northbound 45. They don't even move to the shoulder. It took us 1 hour to drive from Moody Garden parking lot to 45! We left Moody Garden at 10PM and arrived Sugar Land at 12:30AM! We spent $380 for annual membership finding a far-away parking. So I hope there'll be a designated man-controlled member-only parking area which is close to entrance. Besides this traffic jam, parking space, everything else is well.

Considered Opinion;holds that a venue, easy to arrive to, climate controlled, no smoking, dress code strikly enforced, security highly visible. Is 5 STAR Michelin Rated.
