Squirrel Trapping and Removal - Lansdale, PA, 19446

On our most recent Home Inspection, we discovered that a family of squirrels had chewed their way straight through side of the house! What was worse, they chewed through several electrical wires to get inside, creating a potential fire hazard. Once inside, they continued chewing on everything, including the beams, insulation, and even boxes of family heirlooms. They were also urinating and defecating everywhere, which can lead to some serious health concerns.

Our trapping program resulted in the capture and relocation of three grey squirrels on the same day. Once we determined that there weren't any other animals inside the attic space, we were able to seal up the hole using bite-proof materials. All of the electrical issues have since been resolved, and this house is once again safe from the local wildlife.

If you have squirrels in your attic, please call us today! (267) 647-6674

Emergency Bat Removal & Bat Eviction (19446)

Bats have expertly adapted to the neighborhoods taking over their insect hunting grounds. Where once they lived solely in the trees, now maternity colonies roost inside of attics and chimneys. The more vulnerable your roofline, the greater chance of infiltration.

Each year bats migrate back to Pennsylvania from their winter caves in greater numbers. They set up large maternity colonies inside of neighborhood homes, to have and raise their young. With August just around the corner, this season's babies are going to begin taking flight. Because of their close proximity, it's very common to get bats inside of the living space of a house. This often scary experience is only compounded by the fact that bats are one of the highest risk of rabies transmissions in the country!

If you get a bat inside your home, call us immediately! (267) 647-6674

We're available 24/7 for all bat related emergencies. Once captured, the state requires all bats found inside the living space of a home (at night) to be tested for rabies.

We also provide complete home evaluations for all bat related issues. After inspecting your roofline and attic space, we provide a customized plan of action, to rid your house of bats, once and for all!

All of our work comes with a written warranty.

Emergency Bat Removal - Southeastern Pennsylvania (19446)

Few things are more freighting than waking up in the middle of the night with a bat inside your bedroom! Though understandably panicked, it's important to try and stay calm. If the bat doesn't feel threatened, it shouldn't make contact with you. If you've left the room the bat was seen in, close the door tightly, and stuff a towel underneath. It's very important that the bat doesn't get away!

Since bats are a high risk for carrying rabies, the Health Department wants every bat found inside the living space of a home to be brought in for testing. While transmission is rare, it's certainly not unheard of. Rabies is fatal if left untreated, so please don't take any risks!

If a bat is currently in the living space of your home, Call Us at (267) 647-6674 - We're on call 24/7 for all Bat related emergencies!

Groundhog Trapping and Removal - Landsdale, PA, 19446

With summer in full swing, Groundhogs have been wreaking havoc all across Southeastern Pennsylvania. They've been digging holes in yards, eating the tops off every beautiful flower, and burrowing under sheds and decks to make their homes.

These little critters may look cute, but they're not to be messed with! Aside from the damage they can do to your landscaping and the structures they live under, they also carry serious diseases, that can be transmitted to humans if contact is made. Groundhogs are generally skittish animals, but this time of year, they may act with aggression to protect their young.

Pennsylvania has recently added Groundhogs to their list of animals with a High Risk of Rabies. With this in mind, they strongly advise that Groundhogs discovered on your property be trapped and removed by a wildlife professional.

If you have Groundhogs living on your property, Call to schedule an appointment today! (267) 647-6674

Montgomery, PA - Raccoon Trapping and Removal

Raccoons love nesting inside of attics, because they're safe and protected from the elements. Pregnant females often exploit existing vulnerabilities in a home in order to gain access and birth their young. In a very short period of time they'll completely destroy everything in site. They shred insulation, chew electrical wiring, tear apart HVAC, and defecate everywhere!

Raccoons can transmit very serious diseases through direct contact with a sick animal and even indirect contact with the feces of a healthy animal. That's why it's so important to immediately removal any raccoons living in your attic as soon as possible. Once the raccoons have been trapped, the attic can be thoroughly decontaminated and all damage repaired.

If you have Raccoons in your attic, call Montgomery Wildlife Today! (267) 647-6674 - Montgomery County, Pennsylvania
