Call me crazy - but I am of the mind that I want my doctor in the OR operating versus snapping. I really don't like the vast majority of what I see doctors doing with Snapchat. I think Snapchat, Inc. can be used ethically, and in good taste by doctors and practices, it's just not what happens to be out there right now. What's your opinion? Do you use +Snapchat for work and/or play? Introduction

I am the Founder and Social Media Horticulturalist of Cosmetic Social Media, a social media and marketing firm dedicated to serving the niche of aesthetic medicine and businesses related to the medical field.

I am one of the first 37 graduates from Mari Smith’s "Mentor with Mari" Relationship Marketing and Social Media Certification program in 2009. Having been personally trained and mentored by internationally acclaimed social media expert and author Mari Smith, I have gained deep social media knowledge as well as extensive personal connections in the social media industry.

With over 20 years of experience in plastic surgery, I have a depth of knowledge and experience difficult to find. From my role as Chief Operating Officer in a large, multi-specialty cosmetic surgery and dermatology practice to my duties as Director of Marketing, I understand the intricacies of practice management, patient care, patient relationship management, and effective patient communication.

I have used Del Mar Cleaners since 2012 and have never had an issue. The people who work there and the owners are all very nice and professional. I was actually shocked to read bad reviews of them - but that was 6 years ago so maybe the ownership has changed. All I know is that in the 4 years I have been taking items to them for cleaning, everything has been great. They don't use chemicals either, which is nice. It does seem to be on the pricey side -- I took tablecloths there once after Christmas and definitely should have asked the price before leaving them.

I was introduced to Club Cascadas when I won a one week stay at a charity auction. What a unique and remarkable spot! The architecture is stunning and completely native to the area. Ed Giddings was the architect, now deceased, but his beautiful wife and family still run the resort along with Trading Places International. Much of the staff has been there since the resort opened, which lends to the family atmosphere. One does not feel like they are staying at a hotel, rather, like they are coming home to family. The food in the restaurant is spectacular, and there are theme nights every night (my favorite is the Mexican night). There's entertainment and fun activities for the whole family. Everything is very well thought out and the staff is incredible. Of course you can walk into town and sample other restaurants etc., but we have found that everything is so great at Club Cascadas that we don't really want/need to leave. There's a Cosco nearby as well as a Walmart supercenter for groceries if you want to have meals in your villa. They also have a spa on site and always have great deals on massages. We go back in two weeks, and I just can't wait.
