Have you checked out Nike's Hall of Phenomenal in #DTLA? It's one of the best places to watch the #WorldCup in LA. Get there early though, the line to get in is massive. #RiskEverything

For a decently nice looking hotel like this, their valet service is beyond terrible. My rating I'm giving is strictly on the valet service. For ever hotel, your valet service is going to be what helps set the tone for your hotel. It is the first and last thing guests are going to experience when visiting your hotel. Something to consider Mondrian! I left my wallet in my car and asked for them to bring my car back around. I understand they were busy because there was an event happening, which is fine. I knew I had to wait a bit. But to wait over 30 minutes for someone who had my key and went to lunch break and the valet service had to try to track the guy down to figure out where he went w/ my car key was upsetting. But to top it off as I was leaving, I had to wait another 45 minutes for my car. I literally saw everyone in line before and after me get their cars and I was the last person sitting there waiting for my damn car. If they were honest to god that busy, I wouldn't have a fit. But to see there were over 6 guys standing across the drive way just waiting for cars or guests and to have 4 of them come and ask if i'm waiting for my car and for nothing to be done, really? Their valet service is beyond the worst and really made this experience really crappy. To top that off, their bathrooms at the sky bar feels and smells like a park restroom. For a nice looking hotel, please get it together. Cause this hands down sucked and I only came for the La Nuit En rose event. La Nuit en Rose ( #nuitrose ) ... Pick a new venue next time! Your event was awesome, the venue sucked.

Hotel is decent, the service is pretty bad. The front desk admitted making an error and yet Sarai Hernandez was outright rude and refused to fix it. She refused to allow me to speak to her manager (Keiko Kawai). I have never been talked to so unprofessionally. I visit LA regularly for business and I will never go there again. I would not recommend anybody stay at the Mondrian hotel.

Affordable hotel in a good location. The rooms are clean, a bit dated. As you enter the doorway, there is a escalator that goes up to the hotel lobby. There is also a chinese restaurant upstairs, adjacent to the lobby. I've had food delivered to my room, it's decent. Located right across the street from a coffee shop, that is shabby but convenient. Great location and room prices. Three and a half stars, rounded up for the location.

I stayed here two nights for work and its my favorite hotel in CA so far! Keep in mind I came for WORK so I was never in my room and I never ordered room service. The bed was SO comfortable and the room was quiet, cool and clean. The staff was friendly and the overall decor of the hotel was nice. Its certainly no amazing boutique hotel but for a good deal and clean and quiet its great!

Mondrian! Love this hotel. A close to 4 star review. Symbolic sunset hotel! Likes: Love the hotel rooms. All are modern and the views are stunning. The corner rooms are the way to go. Windows spanning across the room with views of Los Angels and Sunset. Dislikes: The small lobby. The lack of an adequate workout area. The spa is also very small Novelty about the hotel: The location, the access to sky bar for hotel guests, the view of the hills and Los Angeles from the rooms and the decor of the lobby!

I've stayed here many times over the past few years and would definitely stay again. I'm always very impressed by how clean and comfortable the rooms are. A night stay here is pricey, but much less than many hotels in West Hollywood. The customer service is good, but be aware that there is usually just one person manning the front desk, one person working the bar lounge, and one employee working as the door man so there's waiting time just like at any hotel. Room service is good too. They have an excellent burger and fries.

Funky, boutique hotel just off West Hollywood. We stayed here for about $350 on new year's eve, which was by far the lowest price available within a mile of times square. They were kind enough to check us in 7 hours early for just a $30 charge. The room was comfortable and both the room and bathroom were substantially larger than similarly priced hotels I've stayed in nearby. Minus just one star for the shower. The water temperature and pressure are highly temperamental and there was no shampoo provided. But this is a minor quibble with an otherwise fun experience.

be careful of bill scam. over charging and dragging feet on returning of funds.. if you happen to notice it. very up happy.. not to mention that hotel is super dated. staff i have to say doormen and bar are friendly. But the hotel billing policy, nightmare.. never again..
