Our new concept @Dudley_Cafe is featured in @BayStateBanner! "New eats for Dudley streets" ow.ly/NcppI @ElizaDewey #DudleyCafe
Roxbury residents Solmon and Rokeya Chowdhury hope to bring a new experience to the area with their aptly-named Dudley Café, which will sit on the Warren Street side of the building that has been the center of much of Dudley Square’s recent development activity. The couple says they are getting the final details in place to open, including hiring staff.

The menu has a good selection of well prepared sushi and Japanese classics for reasonable prices (especially if you get in for the daily specials) and the restaurant has a nice clean modern atmosphere, with a good balance of wood tones and interesting lighting.

Awesome! I was feeling down because I hadn't eaten good Asian food for ages since coming to MIT. Luckily the Shoyu Ramen and Tori Karaage really hit the spot when I went to Moksa! Tastes exactly like I think it should, good stuff (and I'm pretty sure I know because I am from Malaysia and eat all kinds of Asian food). I also like the hipster-ish loungey feel. Nice.

My experience here was amazing. The food was so incredibly good and the place had such a good atmosphere that it made me want to just stay there forever even though I was done eating. The food was a little expensive but definitely worth it. Not to mention the kind and generous staff who catered to my complicated order. I also love the club in the back, definitely a must go.

Solid food. Very nice server and hostess. bartender nice as well but excruciatingly slow. Slowness seems partly due to poor bar layout and fact that he was responsible for serving tables in addition to making all drinks for restaurant and handling bar patrons. Glad i tried it but wont likely return. recommend sitting at a table in dining area vs the bar.

Food/drink/music/dance. Probably my favorite place in Cambridge, though the cover to dance is kind of high considering it's not really a club and it's not Boston. Drink combos with (small) beer and shot for $5 are awesome though. Really great place for food too.

Going in to the restaurant, the first thing I noticed was the amazing decor. It had such a cool, sophisticated, classy feel to it. The food I ordered was amazing, but what was more amazing was the service. Workers there are so professional, but are also really nice and easy to talk to and there wasn't a long wait for the food either.

I am just appalled with this place. I took a friend from Australia and some other friends here for a drink and some appetizers. My friend has an Australian ID and he's over 30 years of age. The bartender didn't accept foreign IDs. Fine, but then he scolded us, saying that anyone can go out and make a fake Aussie ID. ARE YOU SERIOUS? And then we let it go, then my friend was just looking at my drink, and all out of no where the bartender came back, threatening to kick us out. I was fed up, so I got our group a table instead and away from the bar. The bartender saw us, then he sent two massive bouncers over and they threaten us again. Guess what, I also ordered THREE Tako Yaki and they only brought out two. UNBELIEVABLE. I talked to the general manager after, but he offered us nothing for the poor service. This place is unbelievable and borderline discriminating. This kind of service is really sad, Cambridge is known for its friendly atmosphere, and as locals, here I am being treated like I am some illegal immigrants.
