Meet our +MobileHelp #Hero for the month of October, Samantha Meta! As an Analyst in our Quality Monitoring Department, Sam has been with MobileHelp for nearly 3 years.

So, what happens in her area of the company? Simply put, Samantha and her team identify trends and opportunities for individual and department growth, offering quality feedback to help provide the ultimate customer experience.

“I work with a great group,” Samantha says, “We are a new department and sometimes it takes time for a new group to connect, but I feel like we instantly connected. We all support one another and are willing to lend a helping hand.”

When asked what keeps her so motivated and accomplished in her role, Samantha attributes her belief in what MobileHelp accomplishes as a company, every day. “Not many people can come to work knowing their company saves lives or provides peace-of-mind for those in need.”

And what is Samantha’s favorite part of working for MobileHelp? “I told my husband this was an impossible question to have just one answer for,” she says, “I have learned so much over the past 3 years. I have been very fortunate to work for a company that has allowed my ever-curious mind to explore, ask questions, and challenge (respectively) the why.”

When she’s not working to identify trends that will help to enhance customer experience, you can find Samantha enjoying the outdoors, especially in the Winter (her favorite season).
