She's a presidential candidate and is saying this in Colorado. Not only have things gotten better in Colorado since legalization (less drunk driving, less murders, more money for schools, etc.) but they're literally the first state to legalize cannabis. What a dumbass...

Bitch talks like cancer is one size fits all happy little thing. If she would have taken gods gift she would not be making such an unhappy face. (Just a random question here: Do you think she watches Nancy Grace?)

Maybe these edible manufacturers should invest in better product accuracy...
A study of products on sale in two states finds that three in five under-deliver when it comes to how much marijuana they promise.

Great news! Though I don't get how cannabis oil is controversial, even for these days. We have heroin in a pill that's given out all the time and nobody bats an eye at that.

"If the potency of legal pot were limited, more potent black-market marijuana undoubtedly would still find a market."
Plus it's not like people can't just smoke more. More potent cannabis is a good thing even for health reasons. People with higher tolerances would smoke less therefore intaking less smoke for the same effect...
Robert Robb: If the concern is that today's pot is too potent, the only alternative is a less potent legal alternative.

More than $100,000 in civil infraction fines has gone uncollected since the drug was decriminalized in the city. Several hundred offenders haven't paid up, prompting the court to consider enforcing the lack of response to tickets as a misdemeanor.

At least it's not costing the state and taxpayers money by putting them in jail.

Are you a Sioux Tribe Native American there? Congratulations, you can legally smoke weed there now!
The Flandreau Santee Sioux Tribe of South Dakota voted to legalize the growing and use of marijuana on tribal land last week.
