#BookReview of #BeginnersDiabeticRecipeGuide from #ReadersFavorite - https://readersfavorite.com/book-review/beginners-diabetic-recipe-guide

Reviewed by Vernita Naylor for Readers' Favorite

It has been estimated that one out of every eleven adults is diabetic. The irony is that several of those living with diabetes don't even know it. Beginners Diabetic Recipe Guide by Sarah Bergman provides you with some knowledge and recipes for living with diabetes. Diabetes is the result of too much sugar in the blood, known as high blood glucose. There are approximately four types of diabetes; from Type 2, Type 1 and gestational to pre-diabetes. The carbohydrates and some fruits that turn into sugars are some of the causes of diabetes. While it is recommended to visit your doctor for guidance on the best way to either live with this disease or the steps necessary to live in remission as a diabetic, Sarah tells you from her perspective how to live a healthier life. Sarah herself is suffering from hormonal imbalance and understands the importance of eating healthy foods to obtain a better quality of life. Whether it's breakfast, lunch or dinner, you will see recipes from chicken and brownies to waffles in this book. Sarah offers enough food choices to make a tasty and healthy meal.

I enjoyed reading this book and looking at some of the delicious recipes that Sarah suggests. She shows that you don't have to skimp on the foods that you eat, but instead eat in moderation while reducing the fats and sugar that you consume. Sarah also offers five tips for better health: keep it simple, keep an open mind, don't think eating right is expensive, do intermittent fasting, and get a copy of this book. In today's world people eat more food than they can burn off. If the food that we eat doesn't turn into energy, it turns into fat and accelerates our sugar intake. Let's take back the reins of our lives, reduce the effects of diabetes, and cook at home while making better food decisions. There's a great wealth of information in this book.
