Bought a 2016 Subaru in January but did not schedule a detailed instruction session with sales rep Fred. I thought it was unnecessary to go through all the features of the new Forrester in detail.....I would use the manuals. I stopped by today for assistance with some bluetooth settings and other questions. Rene assisted me, answering all my questions and giving me information on special features I was not aware of. He was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, not rushed and willing to spend all the time needed. Will return and ask for Rene!!

Mitchell Subaru was easy to work with and made the car buying process very simple. They take pride in the vehicles they sell and make sure you are aware of all information necessary. John Albano, my sales rep., was very helpful in guiding me through the process and he knew what he was talking about! I highly recommend buying a pre-owned or new car from this dealership!

My wife finally traded in her 2002 Legacy sedan for a 2013 Legacy sedan. The folks at Mitchell made it both painless and seamless. Rene was our sales person and we enjoyed working with him. He is knowledgable, friendly and worked with us to get the car we wanted at the price we wanted. He is also great with follow through (during the process) and follow up (after the process). Joe Cabrera, the Sales Manager and Spiro Mavredakis, the Finance Manager were excellent to work with as well. If you are thinking about a Subaru..think Mitchell.

They let you make an appointment online yet upon arrival to the service dept they tell you it'll be a 2 hour wait. What is the point of making an appointment? The advisors are worthless. The one woman is coughing her germs all over the place and never smiles. The other two advisors are complaining about a service a customer wants that isn't covered by his warranty. Worst. Service. Dept. Ever

Valerie, we appreciate your feedback on your experience -- and we apologize for the delay in a busy service center. We try to have all our scheduled appointments processed in a timely manner, and were able to see you on your way in 70 minutes, but you are correct that we are in need of (and are in the process of approving) expansions to the facilities to handle more concurrent vehicles. The advisors you referenced were indeed working on a warranty issue: they were trying to find a way to ensure that another customer's repairs would be covered by warranty. Thanks again for sharing your review, and we'll certainly leverage your advice to make continued improvements to the way we streamline and expedite the service and maintenance process.

Excellent customer service and product knowledge! This return visit to Mitchell Subaru was a NO-Brainer. We weren't sure which vehicle was going to fit our needs this time around but, the staff was patient handling every question and concern during our experience with absolute professionalism and respect. There is no doubt that we will continue to do business with Mitchell Subaru. I recommend anyone in the car buying market to stop in and let them show what they have to offer. You won't be disappointed!

I've returned to the Mitchell Subaru family after buying a used 2012 Forester that was their loaner vehicle for three years. Which meant that they took really good care of it! And they're taking very good care of me. I like the fact that I can schedule appointments online which is very efficient. The service staff and guys who work on the car are professional, respectful, and keep me posted on the health of my car [thanks, Larry!]. Services are reasonably priced. So I'm happy, and safe. Judy

The sales department is amazing! René was so helpful every step of the way while buying my new Crosstrek! I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a new or used Subaru. We will definitely be back to buy another car from Mitchell Subaru!
