I had an absolutely amazing experience at Mitchell Subaru! This was my first time purchasing a new car so Naturally I was lost as where to even start looking, my salesman Greg was amazing. I occupied his time with no exaggeration all day- poor guy! And most importantly to me the entire Subaru staff was family friendly, I had my two year old and four year old with me, the staff was nothing but thoughtful for them, turning on kid shows, striking conversations with them, getting drinks for them and making sure they were happy as well. I ended up leaving that day with a new Subaru and absolutely love it! Thank you all for making my experience so wonderful!

I recently leased a 2016 Subaru Impreza from Mitchell Subaru. This is the fourth time I have gone back to Mitchell because they have always proven to be a first class dealership. The agent who assisted me this time was thorough and courteous. There was no hard-sell approach and I felt that he sincerely wanted me to be comfortable with my decision. He outlined my options and made suggestions that helped me to feel assured that I was making the right choice. I love me new Impreza! Its clean lines and peppy performance make driving fun.

Bought a 2016 Subaru in January but did not schedule a detailed instruction session with sales rep Fred. I thought it was unnecessary to go through all the features of the new Forrester in detail.....I would use the manuals. I stopped by today for assistance with some bluetooth settings and other questions. Rene assisted me, answering all my questions and giving me information on special features I was not aware of. He was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, not rushed and willing to spend all the time needed. Will return and ask for Rene!!

Recently, when my car lease with another dealership was up, I went into Mitchell Subaru expecting great service since I had dealt with them in the past and they did not disappoint! Chris Townsend helped my husband and me narrow down our options, took us for a test drive, and gave us plenty of information to help us in our decision-making. He was polite, very knowledgeable, personable, and not pushy at all. There was absolutely no pressure to make a quick decision which I greatly appreciated since I never like making any decisions on the spot. They made us a very fair offer which we ended up taking the next day and made the paperwork quick and painless. When I went to pick up the car, Chris reviewed all of the car's great features, set up my phone with the Bluetooth, answered all my questions and even moved the car into the service garage area to do all of this so that I didn't have to go out in the pouring rain!! I highly recommend Chris and Mitchell Subaru- a really pleasant car leasing experience. I am very pleased with my new vehicle and the service I have received thus far. UPDATE 7/2016: Leased another car with Mitchell again and am very pleased. Definitely staying loyal to Mitchell!

The customer service provided by Mitchell Subaru was genuine & fantastic. I had purchased a used WRX from them and found the sales associate, Tom Bissell to be very helpful. Would recommend anyone looking for a used or new Subaru to check them out. Very satisfied customer.

Great and friendly staff and nice to work with. Went back to them since we had previously purchased a car from them. My daughter also purchased 1 and they were very good to her even though it was a older car. They took excellent care of her problem

Excellent customer service and product knowledge! This return visit to Mitchell Subaru was a NO-Brainer. We weren't sure which vehicle was going to fit our needs this time around but, the staff was patient handling every question and concern during our experience with absolute professionalism and respect. There is no doubt that we will continue to do business with Mitchell Subaru. I recommend anyone in the car buying market to stop in and let them show what they have to offer. You won't be disappointed!
