My family lives about four blocks from Sushiya. We go there twice a month with the kids. We really enjoy the sushi and the quality is outstanding. The wait staff is often the family that runs it - last time we were there two weeks ago the owners son was taking orders and he was preparing the food. He always makes a special trip to our table to say hello to our young children and brings them plastic swords to play with. Happy hour prices are very good and the dinner prices are normal for good sushi. If you like good quality food and supporting local business owners, go here. You won't be disappointed.

John and his crew are excellent at what they do. First off, they are trustworthy and honest. This is a big plus and something you don't often find in contractors. They are clean, on time, complete and provide solutions to common problems. I will fully recommend Mr. Concrete for all future work.

I've been going to this store for years and have always had a good experience. The customer service, from time to time, is off only because it seems like the guy didn't have his morning coffee. Not a big issue but if you're looking for Neiman Marcus or Nordstrom service, well, this isn't Nordstrom. I'll continue to give them my business and refer people.

I've been going to Original Joes since I was six years old - so the early '70's. Not much has changed there since that time. The food is great and moderately priced. The service is excellent. Overall positives: some of the wait staff have been there for over 30 years. I have gotten to know them by name. Food quality is consistent year after year. Everything on the menu is good. You can sit at the counter for some good entertainment, watching the food being prepared. Overall negatives: parking is a challenge, but it's downtown. There is a lot across the street that you have to pay at, so if you're cheap and don't want to pay, you'll drive around for a bit. The other negative is there is always a wait, so plan accordingly. The benefit of a wait is that it tells you it's a popular place - and has been for years. If you like Italian food and a relaxing atmosphere, this is the place for you. It's a San Jose monument.

Mizu is a takeout place that is open for lunch and closes at 7pm, I drop by and pick up dinner there once a week - great sushi and service.
