Check out this info about how to grow new brain cells. Good to know....better to do.
Can we, as adults, grow new neurons? Neuroscientist Sandrine Thuret says that we can, and she offers research and practical advice on how we can help our brains better perform neurogenesis—improving mood, increasing memory formation and preventing the decline associated with aging along the way.

Unbelievable! Another example of big business buying Congress to do their bidding.
A new bill would strip the FCC of authority to investigate complaints about broadband providers and effectively gut Net neutrality

Story
Tagline
Making the world a better place one day at a time.
Introduction
I'm currently establishing a new career as a digital designer and project manager.

In January of 2015 I retired from retired from the U.S. Forest Service after 37 years of service.. It was a great career which gave me the opportunity to pursue my interests while serving the people who visit some of our national forests. I've had jobs involved with managing grazing permits, wildlife management programs, fighting wildfires, managing recreation areas and programs, providing interpretive services, environmental education, graphic design, web site management, and public affairs.
Bragging rights
An incredible family. After all, isn't that what most everything else is about?
